- No. The home health check is a visual walkthrough of safely accessible areas. It is not for use in a property purchase or sale. There is no active testing, concealed conditions are not assessed, and the visit is not an operating test of your systems.
- Is there any obligation?
- No. The home health check is free of obligation. You are not required to join a plan or buy repairs, and any repair is quoted separately for your approval.
- When do I pay?
- Nothing is charged with your request. You pay $49 onsite only after the home health check is completed.
