Credits are deposited automatically on your 6-month subscription anniversary. Basic: $50, Essential: $100, Pro: $300. Credits are also earned through bonus actions — see the Credit Boost Engine on your dashboard.
How do credits apply to repairs?
Credits apply directly to any repair listed on your Intelligence Dashboard. Click 'Apply Credits & Fix' and the system deducts from your balance (bonus credits first, then loyalty credits) and marks the issue as scheduled.
What happens to my HomePassport if I cancel?
Your HomePassport is tied to the property, not your account. However, score updates, history growth, and risk detection stop. The existing report remains accessible.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades immediately unlock the higher credit tier for your next cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime from your billing page, or prepay a year at a discount (~20% off) — annual plans renew once a year and don't auto-lock you into anything beyond that.
Does the HomePassport transfer when I sell my home?
Yes. The HomePassport is permanently tied to your property address. When you sell, the new owner can access the full history and continue building on it.
