    Monthly plans include a one-time $49 setup fee; 12-month prepay is a single payment, the setup fee is waived, and the plan ends without automatic renewal.

    A repair credit is issued at the end of each completed six-month membership cycle. On an eligible job, the discount is applied first, then one unexpired credit; the standard task subtotal must meet the plan minimum ($250 Basic, $350 Essential, $500 Pro). Credits expire six months after issue or at membership end, whichever comes first. A paid $49 Home Health Check can be credited once toward monthly setup or annual dues when you enroll within 30 days of home health check payment.

    We confirm what fits within your included hour before starting. Materials, additional time and larger or specialist jobs are quoted separately for your approval. Protect Basic does not include onsite labor.

    Essential includes one maintenance hour quarterly; Pro includes one monthly, alongside the visual checkup. Work beyond that hour is quoted separately per item and approved before it starts; there is no automatic hourly overage charge.

    Discount first, then credit

    The member discount applies to eligible flat-rate repair tasks first. If the standard-price subtotal meets your plan's minimum, an available repair credit is applied afterward; the benefits stack in that order.

    Discounts have a defined scope

    Use your included hour for eligible handyman work from our service catalog: paint touch-ups, door adjustments, caulking, hardware fixes and other maintenance that fits the hour. Parts and materials are separate; work requiring a licensed trade or more time needs scope review and your approval. Member discounts apply to eligible separately quoted flat-rate tasks.

    Home Health Check

    $49

    Separate visual-only assessment with written findings: about 45 minutes, a 50-point visual checklist of safely accessible areas, practical next steps, and honest reassurance when things look fine. It is not a licensed real estate evaluation. If you join within 30 days, the $49 offsets setup or annual dues. Booking is a free request; payment is collected securely through Stripe onsite after the home health check.

    No upfront payment. You won’t be billed the $49 until your home health check is completed.
