How do credits apply to repairs?
Credits apply directly to any repair listed on your Intelligence Dashboard. Click 'Apply Credits & Fix' and the system deducts from your balance (bonus credits first, then loyalty credits) and marks the issue as scheduled.
What happens to my HomePassport™ if I cancel?
Your HomePassport™ is tied to the property, not your account. However, score updates, history growth, and risk detection stop. The existing report remains accessible.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades immediately unlock the higher credit tier for your next cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
