A continuously updated composite score across six UAD-mapped condition categories — structural systems, mechanical systems, safety, maintenance history, walkthrough recency, and documentation completeness. Every component is weighted and contributes a calculated point value to the final 0–100 number.

Repair Credit System
A platform that pays you back
Members earn a repair credit for each completed 6-month cycle: $25 Basic, $50 Essential, $150 Pro. Credits apply to eligible jobs after the member discount, subject to plan minimums and expiry. A separate Credit Boost Engine rewards proactive maintenance actions with bonus credits.
What it includes

Verified Home History
A permanent, tamper-proof property record
Every maintenance record, visual check result, document upload, and completed repair is timestamped, stored, and categorized in your Verified Home History — a permanent log tied to the property ID, not the owner.
What it includes
- Chronological record of all property activity grouped by year
- Covers: visual checks, repairs, findings resolutions, document uploads
- Transfers with the property at point of sale — new owner inherits the full history
- Score trajectory chart shows health over time
- Feeds directly into the HomePassport shareable report

Verified property history buyers trust
A shareable, PDF-formatted property report built from the findings and evidence available for your home. The full report is included at no extra charge in every plan (Basic, Essential, Pro); standalone it is $79 for nonmembers and is not included with the home health check alone.
