Why we exist
Most homeowners find out what's wrong when something breaks, and by then the repair costs far more than the fix would have.
ProActive Home Care exists to change that. We start with a 45-minute in-home evaluation and give you a written Home Intelligence Score. From there, we track your home's condition, build your maintenance calendar, and keep a permanent record of everything done to the property.
Who's behind it
We're two builders, not a call center. Our work spans construction, remodeling, and field operations, from neighborhoods and custom homes to commercial finish-outs.
Daniel Watson has 15+ years in carpentry and remodeling, from additions and finish work to new construction. He has also managed five concurrent custom homes (about $30M in active work) for an architecture firm, and handled project management on a major San Antonio airport facility.
Cameron Wallis has built entire neighborhoods, multimillion-dollar custom homes, and large commercial finish-outs. Today he runs a full-time residential and commercial construction operation with employed, managed crews working year-round. The people who show up at your door are trained professionals, not strangers from a lead-gen app.

What we do, and what we don't
We perform visual condition evaluations and maintenance visits. We are not licensed home inspectors or engineers. When something needs a licensed professional, we tell you and hand you a documented starting point.
