Use the hour for touch-ups, caulking, hardware fixes, door adjustments and other eligible tasks from our service catalog. Parts, materials and work beyond the hour are quoted for approval. Eligible flat-rate tasks receive a plan discount, and repair credits are issued at the end of each completed six-month cycle.

Monthly plans include a one-time $49 setup fee; annual prepay waives it. A paid $49 Home Health Check may be credited once toward setup or annual dues when you enroll within 30 days of home health check payment. On qualifying repair jobs, the discount applies first, then an available credit.
