Condition Score

A dated score describing the visible condition findings from a particular walkthrough or home health check.

Full definition

The Condition Score describes a specific set of recorded findings at a particular time. ProActive walkthrough reports use a 0–100 score. It is not the same as the ongoing Home Intelligence Score or a guarantee about hidden conditions.

UAD C1–C6 ratings are a separate appraisal condition classification; they should not be mistaken for the report's numeric score.

Why does this matter?

Scores with different purposes are not interchangeable.
