Visual checkup

Observations of safely accessible, visible home conditions, documented with practical next steps.

Full definition

A visual checkup records what the technician can see from safe access, notes areas that cannot be accessed, and identifies visible items that deserve attention. It does not involve concealed-condition discovery or replace a licensed real estate evaluation.

Essential and Pro visits also include hands-on maintenance: one hour quarterly on Essential, one hour monthly on Pro. The checkup does not replace that maintenance benefit.

Why does this matter?

A clear distinction between observations, practical maintenance and specialist testing prevents misleading expectations.
