Annual prepayment

A one-time payment for a year of homeowner plan access, not an automatically renewing annual subscription.

Full definition

Annual homeowner prices are $276 for Basic, $588 for Essential and $1,788 for Pro. Annual enrollment has no separate monthly setup fee. An eligible paid home health check credit reduces those dues by $49.

Annual prepayment is a one-time invoice. Access begins after verified payment; a payment link alone does not activate a membership. The annual payment does not automatically renew.

Why does this matter?

One-time annual billing should not be confused with a recurring monthly subscription.
