A paid $49 home health check offsets a monthly setup fee or $49 of annual dues when you enroll within 30 days.

Full definition

The window starts at actual home health check payment, not when the home health check is requested or a payment link is created. An eligible verified payment is associated with your account so the offset can apply automatically when you enroll using that account.

Monthly enrollment waives the $49 setup fee. Annual enrollment reduces the one-time annual invoice by $49. The credit is used once; it is not a cash refund, a repair credit or a second recurring discount. A refunded home health check does not qualify.

The home health check receipt and enrollment remain linked even if you decide to join two weeks later.
