Protect Essential ($59/month) includes one maintenance hour each quarter, with four quarterly visual checkups per year. Protect Pro ($179/month) includes one maintenance hour each month, with twelve monthly visual checkups. These are not walkthrough-only visits. Basic has no included onsite labor.
You can prioritize eligible tasks from the service catalog: paint touch-ups, caulking, door adjustments, hardware fixes and other handyman work that fits the hour. Not every project fits one hour. Parts and materials are separate; work requiring more time, permits or licensed-trade qualifications needs scope review and approval. Additional work is quoted per item, not automatically charged by the hour.
