Full definition

Work beyond your included maintenance hour is reviewed and quoted item by item. You approve the scope and price before work begins. The public service catalog is a request-first list, not a promise of a final price or completion time.

Eligible member discounts are 10% on Basic, 15% on Essential and 25% on Pro. Materials, outside-trade work and separate purchases follow their quoted terms.

Why does this matter?

An included maintenance hour does not authorize an unexpected extra invoice for unfinished work.
