HomePassport
An address-tied digital record of documented condition findings, maintenance, equipment and repairs, with report, PDF and sharing access.
Full definition
A HomePassport brings together the findings and evidence available for your home, equipment information and recorded maintenance history. It is a dated record, not a guarantee that every condition has been identified.
The full report, PDF and sharing access are included in every homeowner plan. The $79 offer is for a standalone nonmember report; a $49 home health check alone does not include the full HomePassport. Share only through the authorized report-sharing tools; private photos and documents are not automatically public.
Why does this matter?
Buyers often cannot verify a seller's maintenance claims. A dated maintenance record gives them something concrete to review; it does not promise any particular concession or sale outcome.
