Home Health Check

A $49, approximately 45-minute in-person visual home health check, paid onsite only after completion.

Full definition

The home health check uses a 50-point visual checklist of safely accessible areas and provides repair list and quote, practical next steps and honest reassurance when things look fine. It is not a licensed real estate evaluation, active system test or hidden-defect guarantee.

There is no online charge and no membership requirement. You pay $49 onsite only after the home health check is completed. Join a plan within 30 days of payment and the $49 offsets your monthly setup fee or annual dues. Repairs are quoted separately for approval.

Why does this matter?

A home health check request is not a payment or membership enrollment, and the findings are limited to visible conditions.
